Delivery & Returns
All deliveries are free of charge for ÉTAUDORÉ customers. We also take care of tax and customs costs for items shipped to Switzerland from abroad.
We have carefully evaluated the best delivery options for our customers in Switzerland.
For deliveries from the Furnish collection, we selected a partner, who offers absolutely top notch delivery and assembly services. The delivery company will arrive at your home or office at a pre-agreed date and time, unpack the furniture, dispose of all the packing material, bring the furniture to the room selected by you and, if required, assemble it. All of this is already included in the price - no extra charges!
Products from the Decorate collection are delivered by FedEx.
Products from the Unwind collection are delivered by Swiss Post directly from our HQ in Thalwil.
Again, delivery and all fees are included in the product price - no surprise bills!
We do not accept returns for products from Furnish and Decorate collections, as they are all custom made to order.
Products from the Unwind collection can be returned to ÉTAUDORÉ, in an undamaged and unused condition, with the customer covering the shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving them.
The return policy is clearly stated for each product.
